Electrical project engineering
Industrial and commercial electrical designs
We develop the electrical designs that give rise to your industrial or commercial project: calculation reports, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications under RETIE 2024. Because we are also manufacturers of switchboards and cells and execute projects, we design with real construction in mind—buildable and installable, not just a set of drawings to hand over.
What an electrical design solves when it is done by the people who manufacture and build
An electrical design that does not align with manufacturing and installation leads to rework and cost overruns on site. Because we are also manufacturers of switchboards and cells and execute projects, we design using real construction criteria: what we specify can be manufactured and installed.
Each design is developed under RETIE 2024 and the applicable technical standards, with calculation reports and single-line diagrams that support the project and facilitate subsequent certification. Compliance is ensured from the design stage—it is not corrected on site.
When the designer, the switchboard builder, and the installer are different companies, responsibilities become diluted. Energizar designs, manufactures, and integrates, so the electrical design is consistent with the equipment that is later manufactured and installed.
Design deliverables
What an industrial or commercial electrical design includes
We develop your project’s electrical engineering from start to finish: load survey, calculation reports, single-line diagrams, specification of substations, switchboards and networks, and drawings coordinated with the construction work. The design is delivered ready for tendering, construction, or manufacturing, with the advantage that we are the ones who can later execute it.
Substation and medium-voltage design
We design electrical substations and medium-voltage networks for industrial plants and commercial projects: transformer sizing, cells, protections, and coordination with the grid. The engineering is developed under RETIE 2024 and is ready to manufacture and install the equipment that makes up the substation.
Switchboard and low-voltage system design
We design the switchboards and low-voltage systems for your installation: distribution, transfer, motor control, power, and power factor correction. Because we manufacture switchboards under IEC 61439 and RETIE 2024, the design is specified using the real criteria with which the equipment is later manufactured.
Calculation reports and single-line diagrams
We prepare the calculation reports, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications that support your electrical project. These are the documents that back the project before the project supervisor and the certification body, and the basis on which it is manufactured and installed.
Design coordinated with manufacturing and installation
We coordinate the electrical design with the rest of the project and with subsequent execution: engineering is aligned with the civil works, the schedule, and the manufacturing of the equipment. This way, the design reaches the site without contradictions and construction progresses without rework.
Electrical designs developed by a firm that also manufactures and builds
Energizar’s scope is flexible: we deliver the electrical design for your industrial or commercial project—calculation reports, single-line diagrams, and specifications under RETIE 2024—and, if you decide, we also manufacture the switchboards and cells and execute the work. By designing with real manufacturing and installation criteria, our engineering avoids the typical rework of drawings that were never intended to be built.
