Custom-made low-voltage electrical panels
Energizar manufactures and integrates every panel with the backing of a local manufacturer: after-sales support, its own warranty, and spare parts availability managed from the Yumbo plant. Technical support continues after delivery, within Colombia.
Each panel is designed according to the project’s actual loads, spacing, busbar, and short-circuit level. Custom manufacturing fits the equipment to the project rather than the project to a catalog, meeting the technical requirements of industrial plants, multifamily buildings, and substations.
Energizar manufactures products certified under RETIE 2024 by the SIDE laboratory, up to 1000 V ACDC. Compliance with the current standard is delivered accredited with the product, providing documentary support for the project’s regulatory compliance from the manufacturing stage.

Meter panels compliant with grid operator standards
Manufacturing of meter panels in compliance with grid operator standards —EMCALI, CHEC, ENEL, AIRE, and Electricaribe—, ready for approval by the corresponding operator. A standardized centralized metering solution by tower or by project for multi-family housing developers.

Manufacturing and integration of medium-voltage cells up to 36 kV and 17.5 kV for protection, metering, and transformation, as part of the electrical solution for the plant, substation, or infrastructure project. Designed to integrate with low-voltage panels manufactured at the same facility.
Power factor correction banks
Design and manufacturing of power factor correction banks sized to the operation’s actual load, to adjust reactive power to CREG regulatory requirements. In-house manufacturing allows the bank to be tailored to the panel and the project’s consumption.
Cabinets, combiner boxes, trays, and lighting controls
Manufacturing of combiner boxes, floor and wall-mounted cabinets, cable trays, and lighting control panels to complete the project’s electrical infrastructure. Custom or standard products, manufactured with the same technical criteria as the main panels.
Standard products (PAU box and replicable line)
In addition to custom manufacturing, Energizar produces a line of replicable standard products such as the PAU box for recurring needs that don’t require a design from scratch. Standardized products, manufactured in-house and available with the same quality as the custom line.
